Background: This semisweet mead comes from Chateau Lorane in Oregon.
Presentation: Tall clear glass bottle. Pours a beautiful pale gold. 11% ABV
Nose: Sweet wildflower honey, hints of phenols.
Taste: Nice honey taste, good acidity, mild rubber and leather notes.
Overall: Very nice mead; maybe a tad too sweet.
