A Flowery Song

Celebrator Doppelbock

by admin on Oct.06, 2007, under beer, doppelbock, lager

Appearance: Dark chocolate brown, big frothy tan head.

Smell: Hints of molasses and raisins, some bready malt.

Taste: Sweet malt and dried fruit, some coffee and molasses notes. Slightly hot, and some spicy hops and bitterness comes through in the finish.

Mouthfeel: Very smooth and creamy, full-bodied with medium carbonation.

Drinkability: Big flavour, nicely balance, not overpowering. An excellent beer.
